Joshua Douglas Fulmer

Mr. Fulmer's areas of practice include criminal defense and general civil litigation.  Mr. Fulmer has defense experience in the Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial Courts and Juvenile Court systems, representing individuals charged with a broad spectrum of crimes.  Mr. Fulmer's civil litigation experience includes contract disputes, personal injury matters, landlord tenant matters, civil rights matters, and commercial disputes.  He also specializes in alternative dispute resolution, having served on arbitration panels and studied internationally in advanced training on mediation and negotiation. 

A lifelong resident of the Easton area, Mr. Fulmer graduated from Notre Dame High School, is a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and an alumnae of the New England School of Law. 

Mr. Fulmer serves on the Northampton County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, Public Services Committee, and Computer Committee.
