Philip Lauer has conducted a respected and successful criminal defense practice in Eastern Pennsylvania and elsewhere for thirty-two years. He has conducted the defense of many high-profile cases, some of which have been the subject of productions by NBC Dateline, The Learning Channel and other national media. He has represented criminal defendants in virtually all of the Courts of Eastern Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal trial and appeals courts in Pennsylvania, and has appeared on behalf of criminal defendants in the Federal Courts in New Jersey, West Virginia, and Georgia. He is one of the few lawyers in this area to have appeared and argued before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of, and has lectured to, a number of professional organizations.
